Where do you source your perfumes from?
We source our perfumes from all renowned fragrance Countries in the Europe, the Middle East, and Asia. Each scent is carefully selected to ensure authenticity.
Are your perfumes authentic?
Absolutely! Swank guarantees 100% authentic fragrances, sourced directly from trusted distributors.
How can I choose the right fragrance for me?
Choosing the right fragrance can be a personal experience. We recommend considering your preferences in scent families (floral, woody, oriental, etc.) and exploring samples or decants if available. Our team is also here to offer personalized recommendations based on your tastes.
Do you ship internationally?
Currently, we offer shipping within Sri Lanka. We are not able to ship internationally outside of this region at this time. Please check back for updates or contact us for any special requests.

What’s the return policy?
Due to the nature of perfumes, we cannot accept returns on opened products. However, if your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us for assistance.

How can I pay for a product?
We provide you with a variety of payment options when you purchase our products online which includes cash on delivery, bank transfer, credit and debit cards, Buy Now-Pay Later (BNPL) Options: Koko, MintPay
Is there any additional charges for card payment?
All card transactions and payments will be charged 3% from the cart’s total amount as a convenience fee for the Internet Payment Gateway.
